Corners of dementia Well, they take us by surprise For it’s so hard to own the surfaces that slide There were thoughts of a possible centre Hell knows how it snuck by Brightest of lights, on the darkest of colours I surely do look like the fool It gets harder & harder each moment Lord knows how I’ve strived. This night doesn’t help, With its relentless moon (Thus) founding my own misfortune It must have been the colours of her eyes ‘Cause I couldn’t leave nor could I say goodbye I swear that I tried… yes I tried! I swear to you it didn’t even cross my mind It must have been the calling in her eyes ‘Cause I couldn’t leave nor could I say goodbye I swear that I tried, oh I tried! I swear to you I nearly… Colours of dementia Blinded the primary eye Oblivious to her turning of blind eyes Missing my favourite surprise (Now) Nothing here on gets better Subtlety has left the room All that is left are fingers in knots And acceptance of me being consumed It must have been the colours of her eyes ‘Cause I couldn’t leave nor could I say goodbye I swear that I tried, oh I tried! I swear to you I nearly lost my mind! It must have been the calling in her eyes ‘Cause I couldn’t leave nor could I say goodbye I swear that I tried… yes I tried! I swear to you it didn't even (cross my mind).

It moves me: such wonder It steadies me down And like water: so fluid Percolating our soul's arrant heart It binds me: pneuma adorned Like nothing I have ever sensed It's coming around again: It's coming back around the bend. It's coming around again: cornering us at every end. Within minutes, We've built weightless. We are weightless! Superlative: Backed by the faithful Floor-less elation. Hey Hey Hey: I'm just right, right, right We keep feeding... We keep beating! It's coming around again: It's coming back around the bend. It's coming around again: cornering us at every end. This moment's etched domain: forever thankful for its blaze.

Once upon a time, I needed stern spirits to clear & tolerate the noise Once a man with heart And a soul. but as you might relate: I favoured being numb. What’s a man to do? Partaking in my urge-shaped kingdom, where woes can’t surface from. A halcyon place to be, But afternoon light reminds me that I’ve left “me” behind. It’s amusing that I care And crave more time for “me” All-in-all, I’m worse off by far. Mumbled moral points, for artificialities If not now, then perhaps: when…? Perhaps: when…? Another point of view: They ride along, fortune-favoured whetted wakefulness Lively acts are played; All I want is to be clouded in… in their infected wit. I know what I’m to do… Must find a means to ash this breathed-in blaze for good. It’s amusing that I care And crave more time for “me” All-in-all, I’m worse off by far. Mumbled moral points, for artificialities If not now, then perhaps: when…? Perhaps: when…? An aged question: Perhaps: when…? My reasons for today, linger ’til tomorrow They’ll carry out tomorrow My artistry caches: I’ll open them up tomorrow They’ll still be here tomorrow.

To speak the truth, And wield the moon All while she roams the skies She’s been given enough, But I’m calling her bluff While all along abetting her lies I keep chasing after you! (x4) I’m burning away, at these hopeless attempts For it never dies Peeling the odds, with a trust in a dream Oh, it’s her disguise! Would you give up this wicked false pretense? Could you give me something that could make more sense? ‘Cause I will not give you a reason! I will not give you a reason! Seeking: Mercy… I’m coming undone! I’ve managed to put aside all of your teasing I’ll manage: somehow I’ll forget the whole thing ‘Cause I will not give you a reason! I will not give you a reason! Peeling: Okay, so many just one more layer….?
5.
What’s on your mind? Come to the truth – hurry please! Stop trying to curve right around the bend: Such an earnest plea! Closer: I bear ears for sight (x2) Come taste the size of your shimmered glee: Your mask-like pose I’m not one for your silly roundabouts: Answer me! Oh, what’s on your mind? (x2) Love bludgeoned - just listen God dammit! I've... Set around the fire Burn the roar’s declare: it's kept me retained I promised I would Plead with your god to make it mine Centuries of perfidy (x4) All right, you hailed your questionnaire Feeding off the rift that somehow bore Somewhere through descending solacement Gently let me down. Your argument: All right, I failed your questionnaire All right, I failed your questionnaire Suit yourself; a narrow depth To constrict the moral principles - you believed…? Do you have an end to this? Do we have an end? Dismiss the screen This silent treatment should be good enough for me I believe you’re on your own Our compass now outgrown You’ve simply wandered a fork SEE PAST ME – I’LL BRING YOUR GODDAMN COLLAPSE! SEE PAST ME!
